I have been getting ovarian cysts for years now. I have had them removed because they get so big I cant stand the pain anymore. My doctor told me tho that usually they dont operate unless it is cutting off the blood supply to the ovary. I know how you feel. I have had many at one time. I hope every thing turns out okay. If you have anymore questions feel free to message me!!!

Oh wow, well you've certainly got your plate full! Hopefully finding a new gyno this will be a huge help for you. Good luck with everything!

For the pain, have you tried anything? sometimes ibuprofen can help, heat pads.. or i found just when im standing etc if i can pull my leg up to my chest, it seems to help at least dull the ache. (yes you might look like a flamingo but whatever helps... Lol)

Was this your family doctor or an gynecologist? If it wasnt a gyno I would request a referral to one to get a second opinion as to what s/he thinks is the best way to go about dealing with it.

I went through countless ultrasounds dealing with ovarian cysts, and ended up having 2 surgeries for it. I would absolutely get a second opinion for another doctor if you can to have more opinions or ideas of how to treat the ovarian cysts whether they find that maybe they can find a medication(birth control, etc) that wont effect any other medications you are on due to your hypothyroidism or decide if getting you on a surgery list is in your best interest. Youu could likely still be on a surgery list for awhile anyway. I was on the wait list from Nov 2nd-Feb2nd.

Good luck with finding a way to resolve this! Such a crummy thing to deal with after another surgery. Hope you're recovering well from the gall bladder surgery.
