Vaginal bleeding
A woman has a total vaginal hysterectomy but kept the ovaries; she now had a cyst removed from an ovary.  If she does not have a cervix, will she still have vaginal bleeding/drainage?

Hi,
Vaginal bleeding is possible after a total hysterectomy. This kind of bleeding is usually from the vaginal cuff, which is bleeding from local causes. Also infection of the vagina can lead to discharge.
Hope this helps.
