What next?

I posted a few posts down regarding symptoms of gas and bloating.

This morning I started to have a lot more cramping on my left side, really low down, near my bikini line I guess.  It is radiating around my hip and into my lower back, and down my thigh.  A month ago I had an ultrasound showing a 5cm cyst on the right side, and a "resolving" cyst on the left.

I called my doctor's office this morning, since they have Saturday office hours, but she wasn't in.  They said she might call back today, but probably Monday.  Should I just ignore these pains?  It's been constant all day now.  Could this be a cyst?  The doctor didn't seem to really think that my cysts would cause any symptoms.....

Thanks in advance!

I talked to my doctor today, and again she said that she doubted I had any of these symptoms from a cyst...but if I'm still feeling bad, to come in again this week.  So...I guess I'll be calling tomorrow to make another appointment.  She said it's unlikely that there'd be symptoms from cysts, so we need to investigate what else could be going on...

any ideas?  How could a cyst not cause symptoms??

Hello, i cant say wether a cyst or not for definate but i can say that i have had just had keyhole surgery this week to remove a 5cm cyst from my right side and a 3cm cyst from the left! They originally told me that the left wasnt to be worried about and wouldnt cause any problems as it was to small!! However over the last few week before my op the left side gave me more pain than the right, as with you the pain i had travelled into my hip!! Please definately get this checked out again because it is awful living in constant discomfort and pain!! Take care, Claire.x
