if right ovary is not visualized and left is small in size

HI,
If the right ovary is not visualised then there are two possibilities 1) that the position of the ovary is such that it was not picked up on the ultrasound scan. 2) That the ovary is absent. Also the other ovary is small in size. These findings can be confirmed on CT scan, laparoscopy and with the help of hormonal assay. Consult your gynaecologist for an evaluation.
