can i be pregnant in this cycle?if no than Why?

I had TVS on 22day of my cycle i am patient of pcos and irregular cycles before my periods i had Dn C and diathermy nw to day i did scan on 22day of cycle and its the report:
My uterus is anteverted normal in size.endometrium measures 13mm thickness and parenchyma is pathcy.uterus is tender to probe measure.no polyp or fibroid seen
Right ovary : parenchyma is showing an organised hemorrhahic cyst measure 19m~20mm
Left ovary parenchyma is normal no mass n cyst.
Pelvis scan : small quantity of free fluid  in the cul -de sac impression is of PID.

Ok thanks.but my doc is away for a week.i went to do beta hcg as well lets see  what will it say?i was bit worried about my thick endometrium on 22day of cycle and cysts and PID in pelvis.
