can she have molasses for iron she has been prescribed

She has pckd and has aniemia and  she has really heavy flo and she won't take her iron cuz she don't poop can ive give her liquid chlorophill can i give blackstrap molasses

If she does indeed have iron deficiency anemia, she needs to take iron in some form. As mentioned by Annie, she should add more fiber to her diet since she is getting constipated. Also, taking iron with vitamin C will enhance absorption.

Get a medical release and speak to the physician. There are numerous causes of anemia besides simple iron deficiency, although that is most common. Blackstrap molasses is an old folk memory thatb tastes awful but can do no harm.

Give her an iron supplement and a fiber gummy every day.
