complex cyst that has a internal septation

Hello, In June I had a tumor removed with the ovary and it was non cancerous. on my right side. last week I had a us on my left side and they found a simple cyst and a slightly complex cyst that has a internal septation. Since it is not a simple cyst, I need to follow up with another ultrasound in 2 months. Can you please explain to me what a complex cyst that has a internal septation is and should I be concerned? They also found a mass on my liver in June which I just had a CAT scan done on Friday.
