complex cystic structure

im 30 yrs old had ultrasound done because i have not had a period since august27,2012 results were left ovary measures 4.0 x 4.0 x 3.9 cm. there is a complex cystic structure within the left ovary measuring 3.7x3.3x3.0 cm. there is a small internal daughter cyst. also there is a 9mm submucosal intrauterine body/fundus region leiomyoma could all this be possible ovarian cancer

The cyst in the ovary is small and should not be a matter of much concern. To rule out ovarian cancer you need to do further tests like tumour markers. Consult your gynaecologist.
