Complex cysts can be very painful.  I have had several.  I have done the wait and see approach and the surgical approach.  If you pain gets worse or doesn't go away, go back to your Dr. Are you taking BCP to try and shrink the cysts? Have you had a CA125 blood test?  Although the results are not always indicative of something more serious, the # may indicate if your Dr will want to do a surgical look see.  Sorry this is happening.  It is frustrating and worrysome.  Hope you find relief soon.

I had a complex cyst, usually the doctors can't really tell until they do surgery (only done if very large and/or painful). Most cysts go away on their own. I will warn you when they do it is painful though so if you get what feels like a really painful period cramp that came on very suddenly and without warning....you probably popped! Is yours painful? Most complex cysts are nothing to worry about as 95% of them are benign (I think, you can double check the health pages at the top of the website) and most resolve on their own. I hope this helps!
