cystic follicles

hi doc im so worried about the result of my transvaginal ultrasound. In my right ovary they saw a cystic follicles the largest measures was 1.3cm2.0cm and in my left ovary it has a small cystic follicles. Im so worried if it is needed to drink medicine so that it will  be fade away? or its just fade away after a few months? Is it  very alerming? I want to be treated for this bec. its really bothering me. Im 23yrs old married G1P0.

Did you get a formal interpretation from a doctor yet?  In my non-medical opinion, those sound like the normal results of normal ovulation.  I do not see anything to cause worry.
