i have few cystic structure the lager is 7.7mm and they advise me for further evaluation...i's this severe situation?

If they are measuring in mm instead of cm, these are very small.  Did they say anything else about the cyst?  Complex?  Simple?  Irregular?  One cyst or more than one?

It might just be functional cysts that develop during the ovulation cycle.  You need more information.
