You definitely need to see a gyn to rule out serious conditions (especially if you are sexually active).  But, I have had simple pimples in my vaginal area and they do clear on their own in time.  But, it is risky to wait on something that has a possibility of being an STD.  By description, there is no way to tell the difference.  You need to see your doctor.  Best wishes!

I would think that pimples could be anywhere on the skin's surface, but when in doubt, go see your GYN.  He could rule out a more serious condition like herpes or something else.  Hope it goes away and doesn't come back, but if it does go away and then returns I would surely see a doctor.  Sharon
