fibroid issue

just being diagnosed of multiple myomas with a non-gravid, bulky uterus. Please what does this mean? Included also is that the conclusion of the pelvic scan says "Acyesis". We dont seem to understand the meaning. And can the acyesis be cured or corrected?

Myomas are benign tumours that arise from the muscle of the uterus. They may be many in number and also of various sizes. The myomas may undergo certain changes as they grow in size. A detailed evaluation of the ultrasound report is necessary to make further comments.
