Hello,
Fertility is restored few days after taking out the Nuva ring. Hopefully you should fall pregnant. But some cysts like functional cysts, cystadenomas and dermoid cysts can cause infertility when they are very large. If you have any problem in conception you can talk to your doctor and get fertility drugs like Clomid prescribed.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thank you. I guess I am not truly diagnosed yet until the run a bunch of test. Mayve that is why he wants to see if it is going to shrink after me using the Nuvo ring. When I go back in a month I want to stop the Nuvo ring and try to get pregnant :)  What do you think about that???? and I will deff keep you posted :)

Hello,
I agree with your gynecologist as the cyst is shrinking in size. Most of the cysts go away on their own but other than that, One of the most effective treatments for ovarian cysts is use of contraceptive pills or progesterone pills/ contraception.
