hydrosalpinx

uterus was removed before 7 years but both the ovaries were left.
now suffering with right hydrosalpinx with ovarian cyst of size 9.3*4.7*5.8 cm from 7 months.
Is this can be surgically cured or there any medicines ?

HI,
Cysts larger than 5 cm may require surgical removal. The decision also depends on your age, symptoms, nature of the cyst etc. CA 125 levels are advisable. Your cyst is large and may require surgical removal. Consult a gynaecologist for an evaluation.

hydrosalpinx is same as cyst or its different !
may i what exactly is hydrosalpinx ?
