large ovarian cyst - ca125 70

my ca125 is 70 and I have an ovarian cyst confirmed as size of full term pregnancy. I have not lost my appetite or feel ill in the slightest, my gynaecologist has said he is sure that it is not malignant but has concerns regarding lymph nodes on my polyps also detected during my ct scan 2 weeks ago, please help with any advice possible

Very large cysts can raise CA-125 levels, making one think it is cancer when it is not. However, at that size, surgery is the only correct course of action. It is a good sign that this big cyst is giving you minimal trouble, but it has to go because it is just too big to ignore. I do not understand the other things mentioned, but if these are things that need surgical correction, then it needs to be done along with removal of the cyst. There is a chance that the affected ovary could be lost, depending on what the cyst has done. This sounds like a need for open surgery. If so, my own open surgery story is in my profile that explains the whole experience.

Thanks for the response. I've been out of my mind with worry, this only started 3 weeks ago, and i know that the cyst has to be removed, my gynaecologist said that due to the size of it he will be unable to operate along my bikini line. I have had to cancel a month long caribbean cruise that me and my husband have been saving for and working towards for almost 2 years (december 11th - Jan 9th). At the moment, apart from feeling as if I am 9 months pregnant, frequent heartburn and being unable to sleep I don't feel in the slightest bit ill and in no pain at all. I am self employed and will carry on working until day of operation and during my recovery. I had a hysterectomy 12 years ago and imagine the recovery period should be along the same length of time  approx 3 months.
