large ovarian cyst

hi, i have and ovarian cyst measuring about 7.5x8.9x8.8 cm. it was accidentally found when i have a KUB ultrasound last monday, then i decided to visit and OB Gyne and was advise to have TRANS VU.. heres the result..

Uterus - anteverted, normal size 4.5x4.6x3.8cm with homogenous myometrium--- (meaning??)
endometrium - measures 1.1 cm, hyperchoic with intact subendometrial halo-- (meaning??)
cervix - measures 2.3x3.0x2.7cm

The right ovary is seen anetrior to the uterus and is converted to thick walled, uniocular cyst containing medium level of echoes and hyperechoic nodule at the superior aspect of the cyst measuring 3.7x3.6x3.5 that has negative color flow mapping. The entire ovary measures 7.5x8.9x8.8cm, consider ovarian cyst with SASSONE score of 7..

I much worried because i never been pregnant... And i never felt pain, but not recently and i still dont have my menstraul cycle this month..
I hope you could give me explanation about it, and do i have the cyst to be remove?.

It sounds like just a cyst and the doctor can explain more about it.  Other readings seem to be normal.  They do cause some disruption of menstral cycles.  Removal might be an option but wait for a doctor opinion.  Try not to worry.
