ovarian, worried could this be a cyst?

I am 27 YO. Last July was when my symptoms first appeared. I had a really dull ache in my lower right pelvic area and I had just started my menstrual cycle. I took some Midol and it lessened the pain but it did not go away. The next day I went to the store and the pain suddenly stopped and it seemed to just be sore for several days after that. I started noticing burning when I urinated so I went to the doctor and they diagnosed me with a UTI and gave me medication. I was ok for about 3 weeks and the UTI came back. I have had several UTIs in the past 10 months. I also have been suffering from pelvic pain on and off, sometimes severe, and sometimes just dull and achy. My menstrual cycle was only 3-4 days usually really heavy and I just got off and it lasted a full 7 days lighter than normal not very much cramping until the last day. I have worried myself by reading on the internet, I have severe anxiety and I think that might be playing into my pain as well. My back hurting could also be caused by my chair at work. I sit at a desk all day and it might be taking a toll. I am just worried and wanted to seek some advice. I am really scared to go to the doctor, silly I know but its a major fear. The pain sometimes seems to get better with regular over the counter pain medication. There is no blood in my urine or stool. There is sometimes a green/yellow discharge. I have drank loads of water, my urine is clear and there seems to been white floating in it...I just think I have myself really worked up. I don't know what to think anymore. I am hoping for some calming advice. Because I have pretty much convinced myself of cancer, Thank you!

The UTI's can cause some of your symptoms. Excess body hair could be a hormonal problem such as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). It is unlikely you have cancer if you do not have a family history of ovarian cancer. All forms of gynecologic cancer (cervical, endometrial, ovarian).
