ovarian cyst

Hi I was told that I have a ovarian cyst on my left ovary when I went to the doctor. And they told me to comeback in about two months for another ultrasound to see if it gets larger or shrinks. But I had intercourse with my boyfriend about 3weeks ago and ever since I have been having really bad stomach pains discharge and sore full and heavy breast lower back pains and pressure on my uterus and I actually feel movement in my stomach but when I took a pregnancy test 2 days ago it said negative is it possible that the cyst is moving around and causing all these symptoms can you please tell me what's happening and what I should do thank you.

And all of those symptoms sound similar to mine...pretty typical for cyst symptoms.  Try not to worry too much, but definetely go in for your next ultrsound appointment.  If it is complex, not simple, it is more possible that it will grow than shrink. If you have severe pain or dizziness, go to the ER.  Some complications are the ovary twisting or the cyst rupturing.

It could be leaking, which may cause more pain.  Did they mention free fluid in the pelvic area?

Cysts can cause some pressure, pain, and changes in hormones. But they typically resolve or at least shrink in 2 or 3 months' time. Did they tell you how big it was when you had the ultrasound? If the cyst ruptures, it can be quite painful.
