ovarian cyst

I had a hysterectomy in 2009 all I have left is my left ovary. Dr ordered transvaginal ultrasound of left ovary due to severe lower back pain and abdominal pain. If anyone can explain the results please. Ovary measures 3.7 x 2.9 x 2.6 cm. with 2 nonspecific solid appearing lesions one is isoechoic measures 1.1 x 1.2 x 1.3 cm with no internal blood flow. The other is hyperechoic messuring 7 x 9 x 4 mm with increased blood flow. What does all this mean?

Well my primary doctor acted like it was nothing but went ahead and sent me to a gyn. She is concerned about the cyst that has no blood flow to it and the fact that they are solid cyst. Doing surgery on oct 21st to remove ovary. She also seems concerned that after having 3 c-sections and a hysterectomy that I probably have scar tissue wrapped around my intestines. So now I'm even more worried.

The cysts are relatively small.   What follow up has the doctor suggested?
