ovarian cyst?

I have had numerous ovarian cysts for approximately 8 years now, but have started having weird pains and bloating.  My lower back is in pain along with occasional pain in by lower left abdoment.  I have bloating all the time and nothing seems to relieve it.  I thought it may be another ruptured cyst, but the bloating and pain hasn't gone away.  Is this lower back pain and bloating related to an ovarian cyst?

Your symptoms do sound very much like it could be a cyst.. but many other things can cause the same symptoms. When you request that ultra sound.... make sure it is a Transvaginal Ultrasound... aka TVUS... not a regular ultrasound... And... I know you know this but remember 95-99% of all ovarian cysts are benign !!!

I recommend you to go to your gyn and request an US (ultra sound)  This is usually the first step in determining what is going on in there.  Bloating and lower back pain can be related to cysts.
