ovarian cysts after taking clomid

I was prescribed Clomid 100mg for 5 days, cycle days 3 through 7. Then took Ovidrel inj CD 8. Prior to IUI, I was told I had 3 small cysts on my right ovary. Bloodwork showed they were not prodcing hormones. Had IUI which was negative. When I did not get my period by CD 34, I was prescribed Provera for 10 days. 4 days after finishing Provera (CD 47), I finally got my period, which has been very light for 2 days (usually I have a heavy flow on CD 2). I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if so, what was the outcome? Thanks in advance for any advice and comments :)
