I have been experiencing ovarian cysts for about 2 years. I don't want to take birth control since my husband and I are trying to have a baby. The last 2 cycles the pain in my pelvic area has been pretty intense. Any ideas to help treat the pain. I'm allergic to ibuprofen so I can't take that for the pain.
Welcome to the community. Have you tried using castor oil packs or a heating pad? I know that is not always possible but may give you some relief. Can you take naproxen sodium which is brand name Aleve? What about acetaminophen (Tylenol)? Of course you don't want to over-do it on these pain medications.
I hope you get some relief and best of luck to you in conceiving!
