ovarian cysts

Hi.  I think that the vascular flow that you are referring to is normal vascular flow to your ovaries.  This is checked on ultrasounds when you have cysts.  It just means that your ovaries are getting blood flow and that your cysts did not cut off their blood supply.  This is normal as long as the vascular flow is not listed as feeding a cyst.  The cyst measurements that you listed do not seem alarmingly large.  Did your doc explain anything else from your ultrasound report?
