ovarian/fallopian tube cysts

Hi, I posted this in another forum as well, I am just trying to get some information--I can't seem to find any info on my own. My physician told me that everything is fine, I guess I am just looking for some detail! I am 51 years old, post menopause and I had my ovaries and fallopian tubes removed last week. I received a copy of the pathology report and I would like to know exactly what it means;
1. Endometrial curettage:
       -endometrial polyp
       -proliferative type endometrium
2. Right tube and ovary:
       Ovary: inclusion cyst
       Fallopian tube: paratubal cyst
3. Left tube and ovary:
      Ovary: inclusion cysts
      Fallopian tube: no pathologic diagnosis.
Any information is greatly appreciated

Sounds like benign growths to me.  Did anyone get back to you with an explanation yet?
