paraovrian cyst anyone

I have been in a really bad situation since october. I had symtoms of ovarian cyst, i went to my gyn and i had 2 cyst on both ovaries. They were 3  cm  and 2 cm. After my period they had disappeared but i still had pain. The gyn discovered a new cyst, not attached to the ovary. She called it paraovarian. After 2 days of searching in the internet i had become crazy and extremely obsessed with my health. The pain contant and even worse. I went for 2other ultrasound within 20 days. The cyst is the same in size 1.8 cm. I went to another gyn whotld me there is nothing to worry about and forget it. I was still in pain, every gyn was telling me that it is not the cyst that causes pain. I try to live normal but i cant. I have pain during intercourse. What shall i do? Go to a 3rd doctor? They didnt suggest another ultrasound. I feel there is something wrong with mel

No i didnt have any pain. It all started when i discovered the cysts that went away on their own. I suppose that if i had endometriosis the doctors wnuld have told me.

Had you had any pelvic pain before October? Could you have endometriosis or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS)?

No there wasn't any fluid! I am a mess, i am hypochondriac and every day i think i have a different disease. I even thought i may have colon cancer, i have no symptoms other than pain in my abdomen. I had blood test and it was ok.

Since 1.8cm is relatively small, it would seem unusual to have pain from the cyst itself. However, if it is blocking the fallopian tube, you may have pain during ovulation. If any of these cysts ruptured or were/are leaking, that can cause infection which can cause pain. Was any fluid seen in your pelvis? If so, the ultrasound report should say that.
