i had a mri for hip pain and it came back with ovarian cysts and bone cysts is there a connection? also i had a partial hysterectomy 4 years ago

I have multiple cysts on my ovaries which have caused hip pain and lower back pain. I have never heard of bone cysts, but that does not mean there is no such thing. What does your doc think is going on?

I have had Cysts and pain in my back and hip area , I did a quick search on Google and didn,t see anything relating ovarian and bone cysts.
