what is endometrial stripe is slightly echogenic..

im 24 years old andi got the ultrasound result and i dont know what does it means i was afraid because im too young and i what to have a baby soon.. would you pls help me.. my result was retroverted uterus measures 5.2x 4.8x 3.7 cm. echopattern is homogenous and contour are regular with no focal mass lession seen.the endometrial stripe is slightly echogenic and measure 0.8cm, consistent with proliferative mentural cycle.the cervix measure is not unusual... do you thing their are problem with me? and seen i had a retroverted uterus it is true that it is hard for me to get pregnant? will you help me please..thanks
