whats next?

Please help. When I had my first I wasn't even trying at 24.  I got pregnant again at 25 without trying.  I took time to raise my sons and now want one more.  My dr gave me clomid and nowi have an almost 30cm cyst.  I have to have it removed surgicaly.  I tried but failed to get pregnant until october, it ended in a chem preg.

I will most likely lose the ovary and I'm devistated.  Where do I begin with only one ovary?

I think you should be okay with one ovary, because you still have that one ovary that will produce eggs still, it may be harder to get pregnant. Buh you most likely still will be able to, talk to your doctor. See what they say, and if you have any problems.. there is many things that you can do for infertility.
