Water is essential and I have added goals all over the place to consume proper amounts and yet I still find myself failing inspite of being thirsty. As a result this week will be devoted to water, its consumption and learning WHY its so essential to bodily function esspecially when trying to lose weight and be healthy. So my goal this week (though I am starting a couple days late so it will only be 5days instead of 7) I AM ONLY DRINKING WATER. No coffee, no tea, no juice, no milk, no almond milk. ONLY WATER! I am on vacation from work but I will try to get to a library to post and hopefully find a scale. This is going to be a challenge, totally worth it!
okay so some notes for the week. one water rocks! two I am still drinking coffee with my water but noting else. three I took my measurements and am going to be remeasuring myself everyweek with my weigh ins. This is a project and a big one! good luck ladies and gentleman
