Std/Hiv testing and Huge shock that wont go

14months ago i had an std test and hiv test
i was very scared of the hiv test and had to do 3months waiting to be confirmed (august-october)
the results came negative but my mind was convinced i had it and i had a huge shock
everyday in those 3 months waiting was a nightmare...but i never knew that ill keep suffering consequences till today


my health these months hasnt been good
i feel dizzy,nausea,daily fatigue,heart palpitations and fast heart beats

iv been to hospital with fear
(checked heart and blood pressure, blood test everything is ok )

its affacting my  daily life
im 19years and i want to be like i was before go out with friends be relaxed and happy
i cant go out with the physical symptoms

please help me...how can i forget all what happened and be relaxed and calm :(
i didnt take any medications for my mind , usually avoid them due to side effects
