PTSD doesn't just "go away." It takes time, honest therapy, and a willingness to change your life. In other words, it ain't easy. No "magic pill" exists that will make you comfortable in your own skin. Nothing will make the events that led to PTSD disappear. Meds without psychotherapy don't work. Everyone is different. It may take weeks, months or years to rebuild your life. And yes, you CAN have a good life again. It's up to you to do the work.
JESUS CHRIST IS THE WAY .....
if your not on any pills group therapy and maybe relaxation therapy would be a good start do you sleep well ?
