in Oct. i felt comfortable hanging out with people being around people, i even opened up to a friend i hadnt seen in 4 years whom at one point saved my life from my ex. I was hanging out with my friend drinking an he ditched me leaving me at his place with alot of guys i didnt kno that were trying to lead me into the bathroom where i felt like i was going to get gang raped, lucky i ran out of there. but now im in constant fear of being around people especailly guys i dont know in fear of getting raped... what does it take to put the fear aside an just get out again being around people not feeling like im going to get hurt? (im already in counseling i meet with my therapist 1 a week every week. just trying to seek more help more options "u can never get enough help")
