really bad stomach ache only at night??

Hello,I have ptsd and I've been having really bad stomach pains (kind of like a vomit feeling mixed with anxiety and butterflies) it only happens at nighttime..
And I've asked my parents about it and they said they don't know

And it keeps happening every night about 8

It even happens just randomly, and i don't think about anything
(like triggers, bad
thoughts, etc.)

I also take a drop of melatonin most nights and it doesn't seem to put me to sleep

I take melatonin 3mg x 2 at bedtime good stuff it blends with propanlol  which is for tremors do you take anything else at night or day? also drink plenty of water it will minimize side effects you will find the right pill k hope this helps
