100 mlg fentanyle - percocet 10 ( 4 pr day ) dont show up on drug tests - HELP

i am on 100 mlg  fentanyl patch's   4-5  endocet  10   ( percoset ) a day and for the last  5 YERS  I HAVE BEEN ON THE SAME MEDS ,  NOW   for  the last  FIVE ,MONTHS  (   saw a new dr  today , my regular on vacation, )  new  DR   said  my tests  have comeback NEGATIVE  for all my pain meds,  only thing shows up are  klonopin ( i take  1 1/2  hours  prior to leaving the house   (  EXTREME ANXIETY)    now  i have been  almost unable to breath all weekend ,  this  dr  said  my  DR  must not have been reading the drug tests screenings ,  so she sent  my  uriine  in to a special lab  now  to figure out why  my  fentanyle  and  percocets  are not showing,  mean while  i am DEAD   without  them  and  scared to death  they are gonna  cut me off  after reading  these forums .I  TAKE MY MEDS  AS PRESCRIBED  SOMETIMES  MORE  SOMETIMES  LESS  as  we all do .  what the hell is going on,  how the hell could an entire office  let this  slip by for FIVE MONTHS   and this  new dr .( mine is on vacation)  is gonna  end up killing me ?   with out my meds  my  BP  spikes to stroke level 195/  118 -  i  cant  stand the pain ,  there is no way in the world  i am not taking my meds. what do i do . ?  should i talk to my regular  dr   as  soon as possible ?   i cant sleep, eat,  i am already  an extreme anxiety patient  & massive hBP,     now  this ?  i am ready to have a stroke .

Hi I am so very very sorry you are going through this.  If I were you I would try to get in to your regular doctor as soon as he returns from vacation.  Personally I think this new doctor has made a huge error.  Either way it is not her call to make.  She is just filling in.  Your own doctor knows you, knows what your problems are.  Please try to hang in there til your doctor returns.  There are many changes happening due the new CDC guidelines.  Doctors are panicking over these guidelines, reading them as law.  I fear for the future of people who are chronic pain patients. It is just awful what is happening.
