ACUTE left abdominal pain (need help)

I am a 20 year old woman normally fit and healthy, doing fitness training 6 days a week, studying medical science, working as a nanny and first aid. Lately I have had severe and I mean severe left upper abdominal pain that moves from my upper left abdo to my back and close to my belly button and sometimes to my right side if I am lying in that side. I went into emergency 2 days ago and they said that there was blood in my urine and the blood test showed no liver issues and sent me home. I need to get to the bottom of this ASAP I can't live like this: Every time I eat something the pain gets exceedingly worse and I have severe nausea and when I get vomiting. When I lie on my back my pain also gets worse so I have been in bed lying on either side trying to get comfortable but nothing helps. The doctor at Emergency have me nurofenplus, panadol and anti nausea medication. She recommend to have a colonoscopy, CT of abdomen but who do I go to for that?  I am going to my GP today to see what I can do you help. I can't perform my normal day to day activities and can't do my uni exam today, I can't work, I can't go out, I can't go to training can't do anything but lie in bed. (This is not like me at all)
I can't continue living like this. I am a complete reck what else can I do?? I really need help. Please anyone have any ideas??? I'm almost at breaking point.

Blood in urine means urinary tract, so maybe you have a kidney stone.  A urologist can help you with that.  If they will do an IVP instead of a CT scan you can skip all that extra radiation that a CT scan delivers.  What they need to know is whether a stone is obstructing you, which an IVP is the best at showing.  You need to have your urine cultured also.
