Abdominal lower right pain

Had no bowel movement for over 7 days, I decided to take 2 pills of laxative, next early morning I woke up with a sharp pain in my lower right and lower near the pelvis area, finally had bowel movement, then went back to sleep for another few hours, woke up with pain in lower right and stomach, later in the day I felt better, and the pain in lower right came back, noticed I had a little vaginal bleeding, but then it stopped and the pain goes and comes all night and all day.. it does not hurt much when i move around...I still have the pain in lower right once in a while all day... What causes this?

With the info you gave, there is no way to even make a guess. IF the constipation is new, and the pain hasn't gone away, you might see your family MD and allow them to do xrays or lab tests, maybe even a stool sample.

Constipation and pain in the lower right quadrant of the abdomen may be signs of appendicitis.  However, you also mentinoed bleeding- which makes me wonder if you have a hemorrhagic cyst on your right ovary.  In any event, you need to get in as soon as you can to a doctor to be evaluated about this situation.
