BACK2LIFE MACHINES

hi these machines are on infomercials all the time(which is why I'm so skeptical)It claims to relieve muscle cramping around the spine and compression
You lay on the floor with knees up and on this machine that kinda stretches and rotates.
HAS ANYONE USED THIS MACHINE?? and your evaluation would be appreciated.
