62 year old female in excellent health but with arthritis in the knees, I have a deep burning pain in the outside of my lower left leg, usually as a result of walking or exercising which goes away after I sleep. Today I woke up with it still burning after aerobics last night. What is the cause and is there anything I can do to resolve it?
wow you seem to be doing more than me I wish i was so active...have you tried a mucle rub before and after you go to bed or workout? maybe your legs still think their still excercising...if not try a hot water bottle with the mucle rub..
