Cant take the pain!!!!

Help to much pain!!!I have a hernia in my L5-S1 section of my lower back and now I found out I have DDD (degenerative disc disease) with facet joint osteoarthritis. Im in soooo much pain that it making suicidal!!! I also had 5 kids naturally!!! I have seen osteopath, chiropractor, naturopathy, massage therapy, tens machine and all kinds of meds you can think of. I even quit smoking and lost 100lbs!!!! Im soooooo much in pain the makes my family and personal life hard to deal with. I try to work i suffer for days i do activities with the kids i suffer!!! Its a 24h no srop pain!!! Im aggressif and no patience and no interest anymore!!!! Im on Targin 20/10 and i just found my pill by accident in my stools!!! I wasnt looking for it it just happened i whipped and it was there whole. I asked my pharmacy and they said its normal cause its shell doesnt dissolve. But for a week no my pain has gotten worst, im have withdrawal symtoms and my face is red!!! I need advice help for other options to help relieve the pain!!! Creams, patches heat ice all!!! I have tried it all you name it!!! Im desparete for help. And for the pain clinic its at least 1 year waiting list!!!

I'm so sorry you're going through this. Most of us here on this forum understand what you're going through.
Since your pills are not dissolving then you should try something else. I don't understand why your pills are not dissolving. There's no sense in even taking them if they do that. Is it a capsule or a pill? I know that some medications look like an aspirin and can be chewed. I have no idea if this is an option for you.Of course I would never recommend this with a long acting med. It's something you need to talk to your Dr about. If it's not an option then like I said, you really need to talk to your Dr about putting you on a different med.
How terrible that it's a years wait to see a pain Dr. Have you checked to see if there is another clinic you can get in to sooner? Or, ask to be put on the cancellation list. This way you might be able to get in sooner if someone cancels or reschedules their appointment.
