Hi Lolhaha,

If the microscopic pneumonia has been months ago or longer it should not be related to your current chest pain.

If you have not seen your PCP to have this evaluated? If not I highly suggest that you do so asap. Chest pain ignored and with out clinical exam can result in serious complications. Be sure it is not cardiac related.

Take care and please let us know how you are doing.

Peace,
Tuck
