Hi, Im 19 years old i weigh about 145 lbs and i live a pretty healthy life i try to eat healthy i don't smoke or drink alcohol, i dont really have a stressful life besides the fact that im a poker dealer and i have to deal with the players.Other than that i dont have stress in my life but lately for the past 6 months or so i have this pain in the left side of my chest right under my breast, its a sharp pain and it can last from 10 minutes to two hours. Sometimes with the pain i get shortness of breath, excessive sweating, a rapid heart beat and numbness in the fingers. At first i thought i was just having panic attacks but lately i think its much worse than that,my chest has been hurting everyday it comes and goes i dont know what it is but i really need help i cant take this pain in my chest anymore its stressing me out.

Chest pain is never something that is normal.
Whether it is a pulled muscle or something worse, it is never to be ignored and should always be checked out.

You really might want to consider going into your nearest E.R. and being checked out.  Reality is that heart attacks, angina or problems with the chest are no longer mostly a problem for those that are middle age, older or are birth defects.  Get it checked out ASAP.

Won't you be calmer, even if you find out that theyre stress attacks ?  At least you'll know there is nothing serious wrong, and if there is something serious going on, you will also know and will be able to deal with it.
