Hi, I'm 24 years old, but I seem to always be experiencing hip pain! I used to go to a physical therapist for knee pain while I built the muscles up in my knees, and he told me I had very weak muscles in my hips. I've been doing the exercises he recommended to build up the muscles--foam rolling my IT bands, doing lateral band walks with an exercise band--but lately it isn't enough.
No matter what I do, how I sit, if I apply ice or heat my hips hurt. I feel like I'm too young for it to be anything super serious, and I can;t afford physical therapy for it right now.
If anyone knows any exercises or tips to ease the pain I would appreciate it so much!
