I need some advice on what's going on with me lately I've been having cramps and indigestion with heartburn and burping a lot and frequent urination and I've been fatigue and getting headaches I tried googling my symptoms but no luck because it just state their pregnancy symptoms which I doubt. It is most likely a vaginal infection that could either go away on its own or it may worsen. I would recommend going to a doctor.

It could be so many things. There's no reason to be afraid to go to the doctor, thou I can feel like that myself. How old are you and how long have you had these symptoms?
