Fentanyl Patches ?

Anyone else hear that Sandoz quit manufacturing the 50 mcg of the Fentanyl Patches???
This is what the pharmacist at Walmart told me when I went to go get my script filled for a higher dose.  I have tried Mylan and Sandoz. and I liked Sandoz a lot better.  Now I am using Watson...which is weird....I can at least visually see the medicine now but it leaves marks on my skin and my pain hasn't been controlled lately even with the increase.  They also seem to come off or the edges stop sticking faster, yet they stick better overall.  There's also medicine left after I take them off- does that mean I'm not getting all the medicine I should be getting from the patches? Also these patches seems to itch compared to the other ones, and leaves adhesive markings on my skin which are hard to get off and after scrubbing to get them off my skin becomes raw.  Suggestions please!

That is weird!  I guess this shows how everyone's skin reacts, well body, reacts differently to different things.

.....also....the watson ones I have seem to have the medicine where I can see it!  I assumed they were all like the sandoz....but the watson ones aren't.  I can visually see the medicine!

They stopped making the patches with the gel in the wells and make the medicine into the adhesive.  I was on them for years, and when they changed the delivery system I went into withdrawals, my doctor had to switch me to MsContin. If you have any questions I can help... please msg me

I'm glad you liked Sandoz because I didn't.  They fell off more than any others that I have tried in the past.  It's weird what you are saying about the Watson one is what I'm saying about the Sandoz. Sandoz leaves a weird bumpy red mark around the patch and the edges come off, or don't stay on at all when taking a shower or sweating. And I also seem to itch with the Sandoz.

Isn't that the strangest thing???
