I have to update that i am not in Fl

I have found several Pain Management Clinics in PA. It appears that PA is similar to WI. A PM Clinic will not treat you long term for pain. They leave that to your PCP. I goggled "Pain Management Physicians in Pennsylvania" and found city by city directories. Do not goggle PA you have to input the entire name of your state.

The Pain Management Clinic is an off-campus, outpatient department operated by Mount Nittany Medical Center treating more than 5,000 patients each year.
