Jaw Pains while opening, eating and speaking

My jaw hurts when i try to open it wide. I can't eat because its painful to bite down and chew. Speaking hurts as well. I was wondering what is wrong.

I cant say for sure but it sounds like lockjaw, this can cause problems opening your mouth, talking, eating and chewing and so on. It may also cause pain around the ear. You should see your doctor and it can be treated.
As I said I cant say or sure that this is what it is but you do show similar symptoms and need to get it checked out.
Saying that it could also be a tooth problem when there is a problem with a tooth it can effect your whole mouth if left untreated .
