Looking for good pain management in hampton Roads

It has been an uphill battle looking for pain management in hampton roads with a diagnosis of lyme and multiple other issues I am trying to find someone to take the box of pain drugs and give me one that works for the pain. drives me nuts. anyone know of anyone in the area?
