Need Pain clinic in Dallas, Tx who will prescrib pain meds

I was wondering if there is anybody on here that knows of a pain clinic in the N. Dallas area that will actually prescribe you the pain meds that you know work without trying to take you off of them or try to stick a bunch of 5 inch needles in your neck and back when you already have pain at a level 9 or 10?  I was ran over by an 18 wheeler 8 years ago and put on disability and now on top of damaged nerves and nerve roots and bulging disc that are pinching nerves I have developed Fibromyalgia so I have no time without pain but I do know what meds work but the doctors always want to take you off of your meds because its going to hurt your liver, at this point I don't know which is worse.  I am new to this area I have lived in Houston, Tx forever but now I have to find doctors up here and didn't want to have to go through 20 or 30 of them if there was one or two that would actually help the first time around.

Sorry that you are in so much pain and your search has been unsuccessful for pain management.

I do not know your area at all. Hopefully one of our members will offer a suggestion.

Although I was not hit by an 18 wheeler, my sports car was hit head on by a loaded dump truck some years ago while I was driving it. I am no stranger to chronic pain nor the trauma of a serious MVA. I can relate.
