Nervous Mom
My 11 year old son has been having headaches lately. He has always been a funny eater. I wonder if this is the cause of his headaches?

You could keep a food diary and see if any of the foods are triggering the headaches. I have quite few that trigger my migraines: gluten, dairy, msg, high fructose corn syrup, any artificial sweetener, nitrates/nitrites.

Also make an appointment to see his doctor because there are some tests that can be done-- such as blood work and a MRI to make sure that is o.k.
